They are the most popular and busiest golf complexes on Costa del Sol. Both are 18-hole courses and both courses have been designed by American Robert Trent Jones. There are considerable differences, Los Olivos being shorter and with less water and tighter fairways than Los Lagos.

La Cala-Campo Europa
This is a 18-hole, par-71 course. The course has one of the widest holes in Europe, the 18th at 108 metres wide and has a river, Ojén which is present in 8 holes.

La Cala Norte-Campo América
Located in mountains and uneven terrain, the North Course is one of the Costa del Sol’s most difficult courses and thus ideal for top competition.

La Cala Sur-Campo Asia
This course counts with wide fairways and is featuring incredible views, specially at the sixth, a dogleg highlighted by a water hazard and elevated green.

Guadalmina Golf Sur

Designed in 1959 by Javier Arana, this 18-hole course was completely refurbished in 2002. The fairways are wide and free of rough. Sea views are fabulous from the 10th and 11th holes and the par-3 11th has a bunker running nearly from tee to green, acting as a barrier between the course and the beach.

Guadalmina Golf Norte

The designer of this 18-hole course was Folco Nardi. It is considered less difficult than Guadalmina´s South course in spite of counting with more trees, more water hazards and being more undulating

Atalaya Old Course

Sancti Petri is part of a resort that counts with several first class hotels and residential complexes. It has two 18-hole courses, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, along side the Atlantic Ocean. The complex includes a nin-hole pitch and putt layout, four putting and pitching greens, paddle tennis, and two football pitches.
Golf Novo Sancti Petri A.
This is the oldest of the two courses. The sixth hole is the most spectacular, finishing on an undulating green above the sandy beach. There are water hazards, loops which sketch their course among pine trees.

Golf Novo Sancti Petri B

The first nine holes are flat with a lake between the 5th, 8th and 9th. Ohe second nine the land is undulating, with an s-shaped bunker on the 18th.

This is Jack Nicklaus’s only golf course design in Andalucía. Home of the Volvo Masters from 1997-2001. Montecastillo is a tough course with considerable distances from green to green. The 18th is the most photographed hole. From the high tee one looks down on the Montecastillo Hotel and the lake just before the final green.
