The Mijas hipodrome is a fairly recent addition to the attractions of the area, but has very quickly become famous for the quality of the sport.
Racing is held in the morning of every other Sunday, and Saturday evenings throughout the summer.
A must visit on your holiday but will have to check event times when you are here as they have been a bit spasmodic recently
