Two bedroom apartment on the ground floor, good size lounge/dining area and kitchen, two bathrooms (one en-suite), one small balcony leading off the bedrooms which is east facing for the morning sun, another terrace leading off the lounge which faces west for the afternoon sun.

Children are welcome.

The west terrace is fairly private as this apartment is near the end of the complex. Direct access through the garden up to the communal swimming pool. This area is all within the gated area of the complex so is safe for children to play.

Fully furnished with TV, Sky box, DVD etc.
