This large ground floor apartment benefits from it's own private garden where you can relax in privacy. There are three bedrooms, one double and two twins, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge so a total of eight people can be accommodated. This is ideal for the larger family, or families, who would prefer to be all in one place rather than spread over more than one location.

The lounge can seat eight people and leads out onto the covered terrace area and private garden. Immediately beyond is the communal garden and swimming pool. The pool has a lifeguard through July and August for added safety. The whole of the garden area is enclosed to prevent animals wandering in, and children wandering out!

There is a TV with a DVD and UK Sky satellite reception. We recommend that you bring your own viewing card with you if you want to receive more than the free to view channels (not all viewing cards will be compatible with the skybox)

The kitchen though small is fully fitted, and has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. 

There is one bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, wash basin and toilet, and one shower room with shower, wash basin and toilet.

Portal 4, Apartment 1A

This first floor apartment offers plentiful accommodation for six people. Being on the first floor means that the views of the golf course are restricted (the apartments are below golf course level) but the balcony receives plenty of afternoon sun.
The interior is pleasantly furnished and has all the amenities that you would expect for a comfortable stay.

This large ground floor apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a huge lounge/dining area, a large private terrace, private garden, and all the extras that you could wish for.

Furnished with high quality furniture throughout, flat screen TV, Sky Satellite system, DVD, surround sound, luxurious marble tiled bathrooms, gas BBQ, even a table tennis table on the terrace.

The master bedroom also has it's own Satellite, TV and DVD system, and the second bedroom also has Sky and TV available.
