This apartment is situated on the ground floor
which is ideal for families with small children.
The apartment has a fully secure entrance,
metal shutters and all patio doors are gated for your peace of
mind and security. The entrance hall has ample storage and an
iron, ironing board and hair dryer are to be found in the hall
cupboard
The living/dining area is furnished with two
comfortable sofas, coffee tables, television( sky/freeview) DVD
player and unit, dining table and six chairs.
The compact kitchen comes fully fitted and
equipped. There is a large family-size fridge, microwave oven,
washing machine, dishwasher and crockery, cutlery and
glassware.
The generous-sized master bedroom has built in
wardrobes and drawers and the en-suite comes complete with
Jacuzzi bath, overhead shower and vanity unit. There are bidets
in both bathrooms.
The main bathroom has a separate shower.
The twin bedroom also has built-in wardrobes
and drawers and has a futon and child travel cot if
required.
Both bedrooms have patio doors opening on to a
fully tiled terrace which gets the morning to lunchtime sun, a
perfect place for breakfast/brunch. The view from the terrace
is over peaceful fields and the Mijas hills.
To the rear of the apartment there is another
patio area which catches the afternoon/evening sun and the
owner has supplied a barbecue and sun beds so that full
advantage can be taken, of the wonderful weather this part of
Spain enjoys.
For your convenience both outdoor areas have separate tables
and chairs.
The swimming pool is accessed by a tiled path
which runs along the end of the rear patio area and has
lifeguard supervision during the summer season.
This is a super and beautifully equipped and furnished two
bed, two bath apartment with stunning uninterrupted views of
the golf course.
The west-facing balcony gets afternoon and evening sun and is a
fabulous place to enjoy a cool drink!
There is a flat screen tv with Sky satellite and broadband
internet connection available for use, complete with a laptop
computer if you can't be bothered bringing your own, and a
telephone (the phone operates on an honesty system, simply
leave sufficient to cover your usage).
There are two twin bedded rooms and a double sofa bed in the
lounge.
This apartment sleeps a maximum of six people though we
would suggest that it is more suitable for a family with
children rather that a party of six adults.
This 1st Floor apartment offers a fully air-conditioned
luxury holiday home situated on the renowned Mijas Golf
complex. El Limonar is only a 20/25 minutes drive from Malaga
Airport, Marbella and the luxury marina at Puerto Banus. And
just a 5 - 10 minute drive from Fuengirola and La Cala both of
which have numerous Shops, Bars, Restaurants and Beaches. El
Limonar de Mijas Golf is well situated alongside the Los Lagos
course.
The apartment is spacious, light and airy. The gardens and pool
areas are very well looked after and always spotless.
There are two balconies, one at the front with views over the
mountains in the distance and an unworked olive grove which is
perfect for catching the morning sun. While the larger balcony
benefits from the afternoon and early evening sunshine and over
looks the lovely gardens.
The apartment has allocated underground parking for security
and safety. Lifts lead directly to each floor from the garage
area.
Within a five minute walk there are two taxi pickup points.
Also within walking distance are several small shops which sell
the essentials such as newspapers, milk and bread.
There are also several restaurants within a ten minute walk
offering a selection of cuisine with prices to suit a range of
budgets.
If you drive or take a taxi you will be spoilt for choice when
deciding where to eat.
We do recommend you hire a car during your stay at El Limonar
to get the most from your stay.
The Apartment
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and
comprises two large bedrooms, a spacious lounge/dining room
with an LCD flat screen TV, satellite (own Sky card
required - no movie or sports channels) and DVD.
It has a compact but well equipped kitchen.
There are two sun terraces, one over looking the swimming pool
and garden while the other affords views of the Mijas
mountains.
The apartment is cleaned before your arrival.
The large and airy lounge / dining room opens on to a fully
furnished balcony. The lounge is furnished with a flat screen
TV, a DVD player and satellite. There are two large sofas in
the lounge, one is a double fully sprung sofa bed. There is
also a coffee table, a dining table and chairs for 6. There are
a few DVD’s, CD’s and books in the apartment for your
enjoyment. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with a hob,
oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as
all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. All bed linen and
towels are provided including tea towels and pool towels.
The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors which
open on to the front furnished balcony with views over looking
the mountains in the distance and an unworked olive grove. This
room further benefits from a luxury marble Roca en-suite
bathroom fitted with a shower over the whirlpool bath, bidet,
toilet and basin set in a vanity unit. It also benefits from
under floor heating.
The twin bedroom also opens on to the same balcony and it too
has large fitted wardrobes. The large family bathroom with
Roca fittings is also marbled and comprises shower, bidet,
toilet and basin set in a vanity unit.
Hair dryers are provided in both bedrooms.
The beautifully maintained large garden and spotless pool area
is for residents use only and has a gate to keep children safe
within the grounds. There is a life guard on duty during July
and August. We provide luxury sun beds exclusively for your
use.
