locations are deep within huge, noisy complexes, or on a busy
main road, or miles away from civilisation, or old and run
down...
There are no other buildings close enough to overlook the two
very private terraces, the area is peaceful as the road
alongside is only used by residents and visitors to the
neighbouring properties.
The west facing terrace has views over the
garden of a luxury villa immediately in front, then onwards to
the first, second and third holes of the Los Lagos course.
On this terrace you have sunshine right the way through from
lunchtime until after 9pm in the summer, and glorious
sunsets!
The east terrace is accessed from both of
the bedrooms and receives the sun from sunrise up until around

godsend in the summer to keep the air moving and the room
comfortably cool.
The kitchen is American style in a dark wood finish. Though
compact it is complete with all the appliances required for
easy living. There is a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob,
extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The
worktops are finished in a dark granite.
The bedrooms are of a generous size and are complete with built
in wardrobes providing plenty of hanging and drawer space. Both
bedrooms have patio doors leading onto the east terrace with
shutters to darken the rooms. The orientation means that you
wake to the early morning sun streaming in through the windows,
a beautiful way to greet the morning. The bedrooms also have
ceiling fans fitted which help to keep the air moving in the
warmer months.
There are two fully fitted bathrooms, the master bedroom being
en-suite, finished in a light coloured floor to ceiling marble
with matching marble floors. All fittings are by Roca
The master bathroom has underfloor heating for those occasional
cold days in the winter, a jacuzzi bath with a powerful
overbath shower, hand basin with a vanity unit below, a bidet
and a toilet.

This third floor apartment sleeps up to six
people and enjoys the sun ALL day long. The huge east
facing terrace receives the sun from first thing in the
morning until about 2pm. This gives a peaceful and quiet place
to relax, sunbathe in private, and yet still be able to enjoy
uninterrupted views up towards Mijas and the mountains. The
west terrace takes over for the afternoon and evening sun,
right through until sunset!
The apartment is nicely furnished and has Sky TV
and a DVD player.
There are two bedrooms, one ensuite with a
double bed, and the other a twin bedded room.

The west-facing balcony gets afternoon and evening sun and is a
fabulous place to enjoy a cool drink!
There is a flat screen tv with Sky satellite and broadband
internet connection available for use, complete with a laptop
computer if you can't be bothered bringing your own, and a
telephone (the phone operates on an honesty system, simply
leave sufficient to cover your usage).
There are two twin bedded rooms and a double sofa bed in the
lounge.

would suggest that it is more suitable for a family with
children rather that a party of six adults.
